Heard Mr. Shrikant Bhat, learned counsel for the
applicant and Mr. Gharat, learned Spl. Public Prosecutor for the
State.
2. Mr. Bhat, learned counsel for the applicant submits that

in order to avoid controversy over, 'whether the applicant has
been cooperating in the investigation', the applicant intends to
have his interviews with the Investigating Officer and the
interrogation, video recorded at the expense of the applicant.
Mr. Gharat, learned Spl. PP has no objection, if such
interviews/interrogation is video recorded by the applicant at
his cost. Mr. Gharat agrees that the investigating agency will
provide the necessary cooperation to the applicant, so as to
enable him to video record the interviews/interrogation.
3. Mr. Bhat submits that the say of the company – Speak
Asia Online Private Limited would be relevant in the matter.
4. It is made clear that the applicant shall be at liberty to
cause a notice, along with the copy of the application, to be
given to the said company. Whether, and to what extent,
hearing would need to be given to the said company, in the
course of hearing of the present application, would be
considered at an appropriate stage, in the event of the company

coming forward to give its say in the matter.
5. By consent Stand Over to 17/1/2013.
6. Interim order to remain in force till then.
7. The applicant shall continue to attend the office of the
investigating agency as and when required by the investigating
officer.
